Who am I?

My first years in Marbella marked an important period in my life. My son was born here. As a new mother, I moved to Estepona because I wanted to live in a truly Spanish and authentic village. During this period, I also had my first introduction to real estate in the field of property management. And then in 2009, a global economic crisis broke out, Spain was also hit hard, and no matter how hard I tried to survive, with pain in my heart, I decided to return with my child to family and friends in the Netherlands. I was able to find work fairly quickly at an engineering firm, where my duties brought me into contact with property development projects. This sparked my interest, and I decided to learn more about the field by taking various courses, including a degree in construction engineering. With all the knowledge I had acquired, my partner and I returned to my beloved Estepona, Andalusia, a few years ago. I put all the knowledge I have gained in my real estate career into practice here, combined with the wonderful Spanish atmosphere and the people with whom I enjoy working with great pleasure and confidence to achieve the best results. I am ‘Felizz’ every day, and I love to share that feeling with my clients. They can always call on me for recommendations on the best restaurants, the finest sports facilities, advice on the best schools, or simply the most beautiful things Andalusia has to offer!
