Felizz Real Estate · Services

Every step of your life in Spain, carefully taken care of.

From finding the right home to financing, legal guidance, interiors and relocation. Together with my trusted local partners, I curate the full journey, so that all that is left for you is to arrive.

Everything starts with the NIE number (Número de Identificación de Extranjero), an important first step before the purchase process in Spain can begin. If you do not yet have this, I will arrange it for you.

I. Residential

Felizz Real Estate assists you in selecting a living environment and home that seamlessly matches your personal lifestyle and ambitions. Thanks to my knowledge of the local property market in the region, you will have access to carefully selected options that are both aesthetically and financially sound. Whether you prefer the serene charm of an authentic village, the dynamism of a bustling city or the exclusivity of living by the sea, I will ensure a refined match between location, home and quality of life.

II. Financing & Strategy

Financing real estate in Spain requires specialist knowledge and a careful approach. Felizz Real Estate provides discreet and expert guidance in obtaining a Spanish mortgage, taking into account your overall financial position. In addition, my partners and I advise on the strategic use of, for example, equity from a property for investments in Spain. The starting point is to create a financing structure that perfectly matches your personal situation, ambitions and long-term goals. Building funds for special long term strategies is an opportunity which I do offer to clients.

III. The role of the solicitor

To ensure a smooth and transparent process, Felizz Real Estate works with carefully selected solicitors and notaries in Spain. This collaboration guarantees clear legal support, so you can take every step with confidence. The role of the solicitor is the most important from the start. All legal aspects are supervised and handled in detail, with me monitoring the entire process. We focus on the result that really counts: enjoying a new home or investment.

IV. Tax & Law

Together with my partner, we offer specialist tax advice for comprehensive guidance on all tax and financial aspects in Spain. From investments to immigration and local tax obligations, we provide clear insight into opportunities and benefits. We always start with an intake and follow this up with a physical or digital consultation. This allows you to make informed choices and arrange your financial affairs optimally, with peace of mind and certainty.

V. Interior design & decoration

At Felizz, interior design is never a stand-alone service, it's part of a bigger promise: peace of mind.

Working closely with our curated collective of interior designers, we translate your lifestyle, your taste, and the feeling you want to come home to, into a space that is unmistakably yours.

What sets this apart is not the design alone, it's everything around it.

From the very first concept to the final cushion in place, we manage the full journey: Concept development, Colour and material selection. Sourcing and procurement of furnishings. Planning, transport and logistics On-site installation and final styling. Every detail, coordinated. Every decision, considered. Nothing left to chance. This is what makes Felizz different: you don't manage suppliers, timelines or logistics, we do. You simply arrive home to a space that feels entirely, effortlessly you.

VI. Relocation to Spain

Moving to a new country is a major undertaking that requires careful guidance. Based on my personal experience, I offer comprehensive support for relocating to Spain, for both private individuals and businesses. I provide full support with practical matters, of which there are many, and I do so together with my local partners.
